Service Centre
At our service centre in Llandarcy we configure, repair, maintain and install two-way radio equipment. We provide specialist engineers, qualified to FITAS standards and regularly trained in new equipment, software and applications.
Our bench-testing equipment and processes enable quick diagnosis and if possible, repair products on site. If a repair isn’t economically viable we are able to recommend replacement equipment that will suit your business and your budget.
Genuine manufacturer’s spares are used for all repairs and we can advise on a range of spares and accessories to best suit your equipment.
We appreciate our customers all have different needs, and with today’s range of feature-rich digital equipment, we are able to configure as well as retrofit a range of functions to meet the customer’s specification.

Our programming capabilities can generate customised solutions to maximise the functionality of your system and integrate with your other communication systems wherever possible.
Our site survey will ensure we understand your business needs, your site-specific constraints as well as your decision process.
All our site survey costs are deductible from any subsequent order over £2,000.
We provide annual maintenance packages for customers purchasing or hiring fleet quantities of radios, or we could complement your on-site radio maintenance resources with manpower or specialist wireless communications skills on an ad-hoc basis.
Our long-term hire contracts all include annual servicing as well as our respond & replace promise, should your system fail due to equipment fault.
